Build details:

The 5 tower complex(17 story height), has been classified as: a 5 star business hotel tower offering 385 rooms, 250 serviced apartments tower, 30,000 square meter commercial tower, 14,000 sq.m enclosed retail and two 420 apartments residential towers served with more than 100,000 sq.m of underground car parking over five levels.
